Refunds & Returns

Because every pair of glasses from Eye 2 Eye Optical is custom-made, we generally don’t accept returns for non-defective products or change-of-mind orders.

However, if your glasses arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, or if your lenses don’t match your prescription, we’ll gladly remake or replace them at no cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at eye2eyeopticaleyewear@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.
Our team will review it and respond within 1–2 business days to make it right.

Pupillary Distance (PD)?

Pupillary Distance measures the distance between the centers of your pupils, crucial for determining the lens focal point in your glasses. Ensure an accurate PD measurement, typically ranging from 54-74 mm for adults and 43-58 mm for children, which is usually obtained during an eye examination.

 Color & Product Display

Variations in screen resolutions across devices can affect the appearance of a product on a website. Colors and layouts may differ, but this does not impact the quality of the product.

The Difference in Lens  Materials

  • Plastic: Commonly used and available in CR-39 or high-index materials for thinner and lighter lenses.
  • Polycarbonate: Strong, lightweight lenses designed to withstand impact and improve vision.
  • High-index: Lenses with a higher refractive index, ideal for stronger prescriptions with thinner lens profile.

The Difference Between Tinted and Polarized Lenses.

Tinted lenses reduce light intensity, while polarized lenses reduce glare in addition to light intensity, providing superior glare reduction.

The Difference  Between Bifocals and Progressive Lenses

Progressive lenses offer a seamless transition between near and far prescriptions, providing natural vision. Bifocal lenses have distinct areas for near and far vision.

 Frame Materials

  • Plastic frames: Lightweight and popular for eyeglasses.
  • Acetate: Strong, hypoallergenic, and flexible, ideal for comfortable wear.
  • Metal: Classic wire frames suitable for various face shapes.
  • Titanium: Flexible and durable frames that retain their shape.
  • TR90: Incredibly durable, flexible, and lightweight frames for comfort.
