Return & Refund Policy


At Eye 2 Eye Optical, your satisfaction is our priority. Each pair of glasses is custom-made with care, and we want you to love your purchase. Please review our updated return and refund policy below.


30-Day Warranty


We offer a 30-day warranty from the date you receive your order.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.
Please note that it does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy


If you’re not completely satisfied with your eyewear, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Only one exchange or return per order is allowed. Exchange orders are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

We cannot process returns or exchanges after 30 days from the delivery date.

If we made an error (for example, the wrong prescription or incorrect item), we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

If the error was on your part (for example, incorrect prescription details), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Information


Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow 3–7 business days after processing for funds to appear in your account.

If your original payment method is no longer available, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 24–48 hours.

How to Initiate a Return


Step 1 – Contact Us:

Email eye2eyeopticaleyewear@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Step 2 – Confirmation:
Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and approval.

Step 3 – Ship the Item:
You are responsible for return shipping (unless the return is due to our error). Please provide the return tracking number once shipped.

Step 4 – Processing:
Once your return is received, your replacement or refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.

Order Modifications or Cancellations


To modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes to the shipping address (same country) or billing address can be made before dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified. You may cancel and place a new order if needed.

Additional Return Situations


Wrong or Damaged Items:
If you receive the wrong product or your glasses arrive damaged, we’ll replace them at no charge. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Quality Warranty:
Our 30-day quality warranty covers manufacturing defects but not accidental damage or misuse.

Frame Size Issue:
If the frame doesn’t fit as expected, you may exchange or refund it.
We also offer a 20% discount toward a different frame style during exchange.

Color Difference:
Due to lighting and screen variations, colors may differ slightly.
If the color isn’t as expected, contact us for a refund or exchange (eligible for 20% off another frame).
