01 Can I order prescription glasses online?

Yes. Select an eligible frame and follow the prescription lens ordering options shown on the product page.

02 Do I need a prescription?

You will need a current eyeglass prescription when ordering prescription lenses. A prescription is not required when purchasing an available frame-only or nonprescription option.

03 What if my prescription doesn't include my PD?

Your PD may be obtained from your eye-care provider. You can also visit our How to Measure Your PD guide for more information.

04 Can I buy the frame without prescription lenses?

Where a frame-only or non-prescription option is offered, you can select it during ordering.

05 Do you offer progressive lenses?

Yes, progressive lens options are available on eligible prescription eyewear.

06 What if I don't know which lenses to choose?

Visit our Choose Your Lenses guide. If you're still unsure, contact Eye 2 Eye Optical before ordering.

07 How long does my order take?

Prescription eyewear requires processing before shipment. Please visit our current Shipping Policy for processing and delivery information.

08 Can I return prescription glasses?

Prescription eyewear is custom-made. Please review our current Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

09 What happens if I enter my prescription incorrectly?

Please carefully review your prescription and PD before submitting your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

10 Can I use my own frame and have Eye 2 Eye Optical make the lenses?

No. Prescription lenses are available for eligible frames purchased through Eye 2 Eye Optical.
