The distance between the two lenses across your nose.
140 — Temple Length
The length of the arms extending toward and behind your ears.
An Easy Way to Find Your Size
If you already own glasses that fit comfortably, check the inside of the temple arm.
You'll often find the frame measurements printed there.
Use those measurements as a starting point when shopping for your next pair.
