a. Wrong Items or Damaged on Arrival

We will take full responsibility for this issue and will resend the frames at no charge. Please contact us immediately and provide us with your order number, item number, along with pictures of the wrong / damaged item.

b.Quality warranty

Wholesalers will enjoy a 30-DAY of receipt quality warranty, covering any possible defect in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

c.Size Issue

There is a detailed frame size on the page, please confirm it in advance before purchasing, or suggest that you can purchase a sample to check the size in due course. If you feel that the glasses do not meet your expectations, please contact us for further solutions.

d.Visual Color Difference Issue

Frame color might slightly differ from what you see on the website due to light, varying screen resolutions, and photo backgrounds. If you feel that the glasses do not meet your expectations, please contact us for further solutions.

1. You can filter your search on our site by Frame Fit, Bridge Width, and Temple Length. Choose a frame fit/eye-size and then choose a bridge width and then temple length.
2. Frames with adjustable nose pads provide the freedom to have the pads adjusted to fit, whereas frames without adjustable nose pads will fit or not.
3. You do not have to be accurate to the millimeter. 1 millimeter difference either way in the eye-size, bridge, and temple isn't enough of a difference.
4. Quality eyeglass frames are adjustable. Opticians can fit the frame to your face properly.
5. The best way to determine the frame size you need is to pick a frame that you own, or have tried on that is comfortable for you. Read the numbers on the inside of the temples and search accordingly.
